I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service and peaceful. 15 mins walk from Piccadilly Station and 10 mins walk from “the gay village” neighbourhood. Rooms with all the necessary: hairdryer, wide shower, comfortable bed and TV. The receptionists have been so kind with us. Restaurant has good offer of British dishes.

Was there for a work conference. In itself the hotel is okay, it’s in a quiet place easy to reach. Plenty of parking spaces and walking distance from amenities. But the hall where the conference happen, along with the toilets, the eating space was not very good or up to the mark. Overall a very average hotel, the staff was good though and helpful.

The room was colder than I would expect as the heating was very basic, for what we paid we would of expected onsite parking and more consistency as a friend paid the same price and had a much nicer room. The amenities where very basic; no glasses for water, only shower gel in the bathroom, the lamps didn’t work only the main light, shower was difficult to use as the temperature fluctuated, but the beds where very comfy. Location was good for what we needed to do.

Good all round. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and decent value. Location was good as its only a 10 minute walk from Picadilly Station. Colin on reception was very helpful with directions etc. Overall happy with it all. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Good hotel, situated to the rear of Piccadilly station. Excellent location, rooms are a bit tired with typical age related issues but they are clean and we'll presented. They are what they are. Breakfast is spot on, buffet style, both full English and continental. The staff are fantastic

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
