        Really nice and remote place with wonderful and personal service. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You get a personal butler you can chat with via WhatsApp to order food and drinks and get them delivered to your villa or at the pool. Rooms are comfortable and gorgeous, with a pretty view towards the sea. At night and early mornings you can hear quite some animals, such as roosters or geckos, but they provide earplugs for a good night sleep. They also provide various massages which were great and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend staying here.

        This has been the highlight of our Bali trip. Beautiful homestays made entirely of bamboo, the view from there, the pool and the service, nothing short of extraordinary. The personal butler via WhatsApp is a lovely touch, and their response is literally immediate. The massage service they provide, is amazing. You ask them for something and you have it in a split. One has to come to Bali to visit Penida and the bambu suites. It can’t get better than this place!

        There is not one bad word we could say about this place. We had some of the best if not the best sunrise experiences ever. We stayed in the tree house, it’s probably one of the smallest in size of the actual bedroom but we absolutely loved it. If you love to be surrounded by nature, you will love this place. We rented a motorbike from them and we have seen everything we want to see on the island.

        The most expensive room (treehouse) although a good view, was really poor. Room 3x3m with bed 2x2m, does not have any table, chair. We had to put our luggage, clothes on the floor. Food wasn’t tasty, breakfasts were small. In my food I found hair, many times. Taxes and service are excluded from already high prices in menu. There is no place to eat in this hotel, you have to order food to your room. Then staff have to go through all clothes, which were on the floor. After the meal, we had to quickly remove all dishes because of many insects. In the village nearby was the ceremony. All three days. Between 6:00am and 11:30pm with short breaks. We couldn’t sleep, and couldn’t rest. It was very noisy and loud. We left this hotel one day earlier (didn’t get refund). It was clean and staff was nice, but in my opinion it is not worth the price.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
