        Rooms a bit dated (a bit, really) but super comfortable and spacious. I had a long stay (more than a week) without issues. Will be coming back to this hotel. The location is superb. There is a Skybar in one of the towers with stunning city views (the photo with the view is shot from one of the bar balconies).

        Family has stayed at the hotel on visits to Singapore since the 1980's. Great location with undercover access to City Hall MRT. Great staff at Reception (thanks Mac & Primala) and Concierge and Housekeeping. Great view of Marina Bay from the higher floors. Renovated rooms look good as well although the older rooms are very spacious and have windows seats.

        High rooms for improvement with the booking management for the room allocation and not having to make the guests arriving late disadvantaged from unavailability of the room type requested. We booked 7 months in advance and specified for twin room (with two separate beds for 2 guests). We arrived after midnight and the type is no longer available. They offered a king with extra small bed and with a room change in the following day, saying nothing is available for twin. We did insist for a twin room and had to talk to the manager. After 20 mins since arriving the front desk, they gave us a renovated room with 3 separated beds. The system management in terms of booking request matching with the room type and availability can be improve to be able to identify next best offer suiting the customer needs without having to change their requirement, and on a timely basis. Nonetheless, Thank you the manager to find us a room with seperate beds. The renovated room was clean and spacious but have paint smell and a lot of unfinished details that they could improve on for the bathroom design and convenience; no place to put soap/shampoo in shower room. Mattress is hard and may not be suitable for those requiring softness.

        I chose this hotel, last December 2023 with a Premier Club sea view room, in the hope that I would get good service and a beautiful view, that's why even though it was very expensive, SGD 680/night, I booked with expectation that I would have an unforgettable experience on New Year's Eve at Singapore. But what a disappointment, not only I didn't get what was promised (club facilities including complimentary and breakfast at Sky View) but I was also "scam" by the hotel staff to pay an additional SGD 300/night, if not, the hotel would give me a room with no view (view facing another building, not sea view). The expectation from My family and me from the begining was to see the New Year's fireworks from the hotel room so like it or not, we had to be willing to pay a total of SGD 968/night! Then we were given a small room that was quite old, actually facing the sea but the window glass was very blurry, like it had never been cleaned, so in the end we couldn't see the fireworks clearly. What a waste for SGD 968 :( My advice, never stay at this hotel, or be ready to be scamed!
