I live around this building, they trow out party’s till 5 o clock in the morning. Full of gay drugs people all night long blasting out music from the balcony’s no respect whatsoever. So if you decide to stay here be aware of sleepless nights or bring your earplugs because this is some party hotel not an resting place!

The place looks nice, however, the bed was soooo uncomfortable, the towels were not properly bleached and there was guests in another room making noise all night, singing on their balcony and the hotel administration did nothing. Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this hotel. No AC

Perfect stay. Absolutely 5 Stars worthy. Just change the sheets more often. They didn’t change it in 5 days. All the rest perfect. Much better than a hotel. Nice staff and even the security guys were polite and helpful

I was here for one month and half, all the staff has welcomed us as no one has ever done before, I felt at home every minute I spend there, especially thanks to Adriana, Bris, Dulce, the guys at the reception and the guys from the valet parking! The room, the view, the breakfast....everything was perfect! For the services offered and the value for money, at least is a 5 stars superior! My room was awesome on the 1st floor, with an incredibly 2 large bathrooms, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a great variety of choice. The last tip I can give is to book directly on their website, the fare is significantly lower than you can find on the net. Thank you again Pennsylvania suites.

Amazing place to stay... Great for business trips. The apartment is spacious, elegant and it has everything you might need. It doesn't have a Smart TV which sometimes is helpful (I hope they improve that part) location is perfect with various places to have lunch. Comfortable and great price range.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
