If you need a clean and comfy room, budget friendly, and touch the sand in 350m, this is the place. Don't hesitate. Btw, they have a restaurant by the beach, where you get 15% discount, if you get there. Ask the staff, and your needs can be fulfilled, don't forget to pay for them thoo... leave a tip, they deserve it. 🙏

The person working here was very rude and tried to demand that I leave my passport to rent his scooter (which was overpriced). I told him no and he got angry and yelled at me to find my own bike rental. I would not recommend this scammer.

Very rude when it came to renting scooter bikes. I do not recommend coming to Pensiri house for bikes. Owner wanted a HUGE deposit and also demanded that we forfeit over passports. Big No No. mostly his immediate rude demeanor was our biggest issue with Pensiri House.

Clean and big room. Close to the airport (100bht on bolt). You can walk to the beach and a strip of restaurants. Not the cheapest area for food but probably as we are close to airport. Upon check in you get a discount to their restaurant though. Bottle of water and cleaning each day! Great 2 night stay before flight. They even printed the documents we needed for our flight ✈️

Stayed here for about a week in Oct 2022. The location is very good. The rooms are clean and have basic amenities. They clean almost everyday. The smart tv in the room also works very well. The beach is 5 mins away on foot. The caretaker is super helpful and caring. There are a lot of nice restaurants around the area too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
