Very fun quirky experience in one of the most festive locations in Lisbon. I stayed at this inn during a work trip because the work venue was too full. There is a ton of nightlife around the area, and folks party until late into the night. That being said, the hotel has dual-layered windows which offer a good amount of noise isolation. The rooms are very interesting and there is a ton of atmosphere and experience. Probably not the best fit for families or those who are a bit more conservative, but still a very thoughtfully-designed hotel in a fabulous location with good staff. My partner and I stayed here for his birthday weekend and it could not have been better. They upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful bathtub, a swing and a super fun disco ball. Upon arrival we were given a very clever cocktail elixir in a little medicine bottle and told a bit about the building’s history as a brother. I cannot say enough about all the thoughtful touches this hotel provides. Downstairs is a very fun little lounge with great drinks and music. And even though you are in the center of the action near pink street, the rooms were pretty sound proof. It’s a win, win! I would recommend treating yourself to the breakfast as well. They delivered a very thoughtful picnic basket with delicious coffee, croissants and chocolate with fresh squeezed orange juice and a split of sparking wine. We travel often and this place will stand out as one of the most unique, fun and romantic stays ever. The sexy touches are both tasty and irreverent. They have really struck the perfect cord here. If you are looking for a fun and unique boutique hotel experience, look no further!

Myself and my wife had an excellent stay recently at Pensoa Amor. The house is beautiful and done quite well. The location is in the heart of Lisbon’s throbbing nightlife district. The staff at the house were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The onsite bar/ lounge was quite full and had attentive bar staff making great drinks. The staff deserve to be recognized for the presentation as well as unique experience around the entire house. Madam and her team made us feel at home and were attentive to all our requests.

The best thing that comes with this hotel is Manuel at the front desk along with the history. You can find hundreds of higher caliber rentals in Lisboa for far less that what these crooks are charging. First and foremost if you’re are looking for a frat/sorority house entrances smelling like human feces, offer of a multitude of party favors this is the spot for you. Rooms are not sound proofed as advertised, walls shake and vibrate from the bass of music come from multiple clubs, and random drunk individuals attempting to break into rooms this will be your safe haven. I complained three times about the issues we where facing and nothing was done to assist us during our honeymoon. My partner and I ended up leaving at 3am to find a hotel with less noise and you would never guess the managers reply. That’s your fault you left. You should have made a complaint at this time instead of the time you did. Nanu is a complete fool who takes no accountability for the safety and well being of hotel patrons and quite frankly has no hospitality gusto to be a manager whatsoever. I simply asked for a partial refund for the night we left early, his response you can fly back to Portugal and I’ll give you a discount. No thanks bud I rather never set foot in the country again based on your customer service skills.

It’s a nice hotel and thanks to the location it’s a good option to move in the center. Two ways to enter by the pink street which is the busiest at night in Lisbon and rua Alecrim. At night you have to show the card so you can bypass the queue and enter directly. We stayed for 4 nights starting by a Saturday, we didn’t really heard noise until the last night on a Wednesday night where we could heard the people in the other room showering and the bass of music in the bar until 4am (we were at the third floor, bar is at one). Nice room in the spirit of the concept but no real light, just small window. Good room service for cocktails but that’s it. Nothing more on delivery room. It was a good price for the location at the time I payed but I think you can have better deal if you book earlier.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
