Excellent view from the balcony, extremely close to the historical centre and to public transportation also. The room was average if you know of course what you should expect from this, no heating but it was pretty warm at least when I visited there. I faced a problem with the room the first day , unfortunately wasn't available and the reception send us to another motel, generally if you don't expect a five star hotel and room probably you are going to have a pleasant residence with a big save at your budget.

The place is a dump. Start with the elevator finish with the bathroom. The shower is so tight that you can`t pick up the soap if you drop it. Cleaning is non existent. Sheets and pillow cases were not change in 12 days. One of the beds was so noisy that I was sleeping on the floor. The relaxing facilities don;t exist. Pictures from the net don;t match the rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were booked there because our hostel was cancelled. Expedia booked us in there for a ridiculous high amount. The lift does not work so we had to carry our stuff up to the third floor, the promised TV was super small (don't know if it worked, we haven't tried, there was basically no WIFI. The room had a huge window between the bed and the bathroom but luckily you could pull something down to close the free view. The wallpaper was peeling of, at some points they tried to fix it with tape. The walls had wholes everywhere and the mattress was slept through already. I have to say it was a busy weekend in Lisbon maybe therefore the price was so high, but still in (almost) every hostel you sleep better. The only good things were the fact that it was quite and we were still super central. Our window was going in the direction of a quite street, so at least we could enjoy a good night sleep and that the bathroom seemed to be pretty new. Just a few impressions in the pictures below :)

I give one star only for the good position, all the rest simply sucks. The room was cold and dirty, with insects smashed on walls and ceiling. In a day with rain, the water falled down from the ceiling and flooded all the room. We did not search form luxury hotel, but cleaning and structural integrity is basic

Really good, the quality over price exceeded my expectations. Nice clean room and bathroom, towels changed daily, breakfast in bed. We asked for a hairdryer, corkscrew and luggage keep in the last day and were gived all the above. Also the metro was litteraly one step away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
