Stay away! Full of Bed-Bugs!! I would have been satisified with my stay and the price/quality ratio if it wasn't for one issue: The cleanliness. The bathrooms are generally not that clean and my bed was full of Bed-Bugs!! I showed it to one of the employees and was at least able to change rooms, but the damage is done, my body is full of bite marks. I can only suggest paying the extra amount for somewhere else and then at least having a clean bed.

If you need to read one review for this place. Please make it this one. The rooms are small and in an amazing location. I woke up to more bed bugs than I'd like to have. I was killing them all morning. I had to leave the hotel, when I told the front desk that they should clean them they laughed in my face. DO NOT STAY HERE. No matter how cheap you want to travel it is not clean it has no upkeep and they will not accommodate anything.

To bad this place has problems, very old furniture, tiny rooms, staff is friendly and the cleaning crew does a good job BUT THERE ARE BED BUGS, AT LEAST IN THE ROOM I RENTED I INFORMED THE MANAGER AND TOLD HER SHE HAS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM ASAP. my recommendation is don't rent pay a little more and stay somewhere else

Staff is very friendly and the prices are quite good. Place is in the city center and you don’t need to use public transport to visit some important places in Porto. Interior of the builing is old-fashioned, rooms should be a little bit renovated. I recommend as a cheap place to sleep if you want to visit Porto for 2-3 days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
