The room is clean with large space. breakfast (buffet) is very nice, lot of choices. The fried eggs and bacon are cooked perfectly. Thanks for the chef ! this really made me happy every morning when i stayed.

The hotel was really nice, with great rooms. In the weekend you might end up with some "active" neighbors. Although I needed to downgrade some stars because an unpleasant situation, where at an internal event didn't accepted a menu which we choose, so we needed to pay individually.

Wow wow wow love this hotel! Sauna is small but really clean. Rooms are large and clean. Staff is SO FRIENDLY. Bar downstairs has a great vibe. First night had amazing experience and welcome from the staff. I'm pregnant and needed ice for foods I brought with me and the bar staff was SO accommodating. Upon checkout, I had run out of coffee in my room and the staff made me a coffee while I waited. Truly delightful experience. I won't take a star off but feedback for management - on the second night (May 16 night) I went to ask for more pillows since the ones in the room are comfy but very thin and the late night man at the counter said the hotel was full so there were not extra pillows... Which I was surprised about. Also they were out of full caffeine coffee packets so I asked if they could bring me some and also a towel to the room for the next morning since we didn't get housekeeping on the first day. I gave my room number and they wrote it down... but they never brought them 😅 I think they just forgot, and the morning staff made me a coffee so it wasn't a big deal. I think it was just the one guy, not representative of the hotel as a whole. Every other aspect of the stay was delightful. We'll come and stay again for sure !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
