        Just had a week at this lovely hotel. Location, staff, facilities all very good. Could benefit from some Small improvements. The swimming pool area is far to hot, this was a talking point during our stay. Room for a couple more games in the leisure room, table pool should be free as paying an ocean View rate. Overall the Christmas break was very good and we would definitely do it again! Food was excellent quality and evening entertainment very good. Would of liked a bigger room.

        I'll start with the one downside. The breakfast section for guests with dogs was completely unprepared. The staff seemed unaware of anyone being there; tables were unprepared, and the coffee and snacks station was far from the section where guests with dogs were seated. I overheard a lady's outrage; she was also with a dog and had to walk back and forth to get a drink or even salt and pepper (which you had to take from other restaurant tables). She loudly remarked, "I didn't know that I work here," and she was right. The hotel, knowing they had guests with dogs, should have taken care of them as well. However, apart from this, the hotel staff were very courteous and welcoming. The Sixty Bistro restaurant was excellent, serving delicious food. There's ample parking both in front and behind the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights over New Year's Eve. Overall, besides the breakfast issue, I'm very pleased with my stay! :)

        Had a great experience with this well run hotel. Rooms were comfy if a little warm but could open a window & turn the radiator down. Had a wonderful view over Fistral Bay. Lovely swimming pool. Meals were very good & were served promptly. If there was any problem with anything, it was soon sorted by friendly staff.

        Spent Christmas and the New Year at the hotel - again, and will be back. My double room, with views of Fistral Beach, was very comfortable with all the facilities one could need. The staff were welcoming, helpful and more than accomodating. The food was freshly cooked to an excellent standard, and the variety of food available was exemplary, every dietary need was taken care of. The Christmas lunch was superb as was the Old Years Night dinner. This came as no surprise, because the choices available for every meal throughout my 10 day stay ensured that every palate was taken care of! Thank you! The staff worked their socks off, always helpful and smiling. A happy and relaxing stay for both me and my dog!

        Our coach party stay at this hotel, we all thought the food was excellent. We also had evening entertainment, it was very good, but it could perhaps started a bit earlier as some people found 9pm too late. All in we were pleased with our stay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
