Room was clean, great location, 2 min to metro stn , breakfast was nice The only negative point was the walls were to thin and so you can hear the noise of neighbour's rooms clearly

Room wasn't clean. They did NOT clean the sheets. We got the sheets from the guests who left before us, unacceptable!! The cleaning ladies are very lazy, they hardly clean. I am not sure if the men who work below on the desk are aware about that. When i went to complain he didn't believe me, till i showed him. They do have some oke rooms, but some are really outdated. The beds are extremely hard to sleep on as well. There was so much noise from the room next to us, the tv was on loud literally non stop. We became suspicious about the guest in that room, he/she would never leave? Don't put any groceries in your frigde, because they turn off the electricity once you leave your room. They do so to lower costs because guests leave their airco on. I do understand that part, but why you offer a room frigde then? The remotecontrol didn't have any batteries. You have to ask for toiletpaper daily, they don't fiĺl it automaticly. The hotel is cheap and in a great spot. Once you leave the hotel you are amongst restaurants and cafés. The Metro is a 5 min max walk. Don't forget that brings noise as well in your hotelroom. Thank God i brought earplugs. If you're looking for a cheap budget hotel, then go for it. I'd bring my own sheets though.

The hotel is very good, it is located in Istiklal Street, near everything like restaurants and shops, and also near the metro station. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the rooms are excellent and the staff are very nice. I have been there three times and have been very satisfied. I thank the staff for all the help 🙏 I recommend visiting this hotel👍

The management and staff of the hotel are civilized, fair, friendly and proficient in their work, room rent is lower than other hotels, the hotel location is excellent. My room was good, In general, if I want to compare with other hotels, this hotel has the highest score

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
