A clean and friendly place with a great price. I had a wonderful experience there too. Would definitely recommend it! 😊👍 and let's not forget about their delicious breakfast! Great boutique hotel with a prime location just two minutes walk away from the Metro Station and Taksim street. The staff, especially Atkin, made us feel very comfortable despite a rough welcome to Istanbul due to a bad taxi experience. The bathroom is clean and equipped with all amenities. Wardrobe is also big enough to hang everything. The room is cozy, featuring soft pillows and a hot water kettle with Turkish tea and coffee available. Additionally, they provide two small complimentary water bottles daily. We enjoyed the delightful breakfast and appreciated the good view. The half-free egg was amazing, and do try out the Turkish honey so yum. Everything else lived up to our expectations. Pera Luna has done an excellent job managing their small property. One suggestion: consider offering raincoats and umbrellas for guests, with the option to return them upon departure. Highly recommended!

We stayed at three different hotels while in Istanbul. This was was our favorite, simply because of the customer service. They really made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean and they offered a nice breakfast with a view of the city. The only thing that was a challenge for us was travelling with kids and having a stroller to lift up the entry way each time. It was not perfect with the kids but for anyone traveling without kids it would be great.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. It felt like visiting a friend who offers you cake, tea and coffee. Deniz, the chef was so kind and had a beautiful breakfast spread everyday with different hot items that were so delicious. He offered me an omelette everyday but the other items were so good that I refused the omelette. Oguzhan and Erkan were very nice as well. I definitely recommend this hotel. The lobby is beautiful. Unfortunately I only took videos of the areas inside and outside and no pics so I can’t share. Also, don’t believe the bad ratings. Maybe previous management wasn’t good. But people at this property are very friendly.

I really appreciated the awesome customer service from Dohan who works night shifts ! He was super welcoming and efficient. Upon arrival, the bathroom was a little bit dirty, but he made sure to clean it up and made the rest of our stay super enjoyable. The breakfast was simple yet tasty ! I loved the potatoe cake and the view from the dining hall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
