Accessible to many destinations and public transits but slightly far from airports. Staff are very interactive and gives pretty good advices. Rooms are very cozy and cleaned everyday. Breakfasts are delicious and pricing is very affordable.

Very Disappointing Experience with Room Allocation and Service I recently booked two single beds, but upon arrival, I was given a king bed without any prior notice. The receptionist's rudeness further marred my experience. Additionally, the issues with the lobby after 11:00 pm and bathroom room locks created an uncomfortable and inconvenient stay. The overall experience was far from satisfactory.

Room is dated but with charm and a comfy bed. Bathroom comes with cockroaches and mold. Annoyingly they're going to pretend that they didn't get your payment and you'll have to deposit some securities (200SPD). You'll also have to exchange your key for a "card" everytime you'll leave the house. Staff was very friendly and all together a passable option. Very close to Rochor station.

For budget accomodations this is an ok place. Decor is dated but the room was clean. The standard room I stayed in on the first floor did have cockroaches though. Mostly small ones, I only saw them in the bathroom at night. I did see one medium sized one that I squashed though. Then I extended my stay and only the superior room was available. The price was almost 3x what I paid for the standard room and also on the 3rd floor. It wasn't superior in my opinion. It was just a little bit bigger but the furniture and style was exactly the same. No glass shower door like the standard room. If you are going to book this hotel just know that it is a budget accommodation and I'd stick to the standard rooms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Perak Hotel during my trip to Singapore, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This hotel is a fantastic choice for budget-conscious travelers who seek quality accommodation without breaking the bank. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff and Mr. Ben is just awesome.All The staff members were incredibly supportive and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Whether I needed assistance with directions or recommendations for local attractions, they were more than happy to assist me. Their genuine hospitality truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were immaculate, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests. The hotel's lobby was a delightful surprise. It provided a fantastic space for both work and relaxation.
