I stayed there for the weekend with my boyfriend and my 2 dogs and it was a very good experience. Ramón made us feel at home, he is super friendly and attentive. The place was clean and comfortable, and I love that they are super pet friendly. I would stay there again, definitely a great place, with great service and a very good location.

My flight was cancelled and I desperately needed a place to Crash. These guys were beyond amazing, within the hour I was ready to get to the apartment. Perfect location, everything at the apartment was brand new and the photos were exactly like to ones on Airbnb. The guy that was there at my check in, explained me everything about how everything works, and even got me tickets for a show I wanted to see. You won’t regret it if you stay with this guys. The attention from the property manager, they replied to every message , the quality on the beds is amazing, the comfort of the apartment was superb, the amenities there made me feel like home… well, I hope this review helps you to decide, mr.w is by far one of the most amazing services providers.

You can hear absolutely everything in the apartment coming from the hallways (guests, cleaning), and also extreme noise coming from the outside bar. If you want to have NO peace and quiet, then this place is for you. Honestly, it was a very poor experience and this group purposefully does not mention any of these things until it is too late. They then tell you "it's your problem". There are a variety of other issues with their apartments. Too many to list. Overall I give them a one star, but would give them zero stars if I could.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
