Visited this hotel expecting it to be one of the best of our trip. Listed as a 5 star hotel. The location is excellent and so close to everything. Check in was lovely despite it being busy and was very well handled. We loved the lifts that were glass so that we could see outside! The room was amazing we loved the space and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We went to the restaurant which is strangely underground. It is promoted as fine dining but this is certainly not the case. Staff in this area need more training. We advised the hotel of the issues and they responded in a commendable manner. I expect the necessary changes will be made.

Amazing hotel if you want to visit Hanoi. The location is great to do the city by feet. The rooms (we had 3 different for 3 different stays along our trip) are great, very clean, modern! The beds were so comfortable and perfect after a long day of walking. The spa is also proposing very good service and all the hotel staff were so kind, helpful and really tried there best to make our stay unforgettable. It was our honeymoon and happen to be also my husband birthday. There decorated the room and surprised us with a dessert in the room for both occasions. I definitely recommend!!!

My partner and I stayed here on business in Hanoi and we previously stayed at a nearby 5 star boutique hotel but wanted to try something new. The Grand Peridot exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were truly 5 star from the doorman to every single person we interacted with. I want to give a special thanks to Stella in guest relations for making our stay very accommodating and taking care of us. And Kili, who was the point of contact in helping us arrange our travels and trips. She was very helpful throughout the whole stay. The location is in the center of old quarter so perfect for tourists to get the vibrant vibe of Hanoi. And the hotel was very quiet considering its location. Breakfast was amazing. I would say the best best hotel breakfast I've ever had in terms of food choices and quality. So many types of food and drinks that anyone will be happy with. We will stay with this place again on our next business trip to Hanoi.

The hotel's prime location in the Old Quarter was exceptional, providing easy access to everything while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. - The welcome drinks at the entry set the tone for a fabulous stay, and the rooftop pool offered a great spot for an evening swim. - The rooftop pool, though small, was enjoyable, and we appreciated the option for an evening swim. - While the steam room had an additional cost, we felt it should have been included as part of the overall experience. - The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring a wide variety and delicious pho. - The festive Christmas decorations in December were amazing! - The service at Peridot Grand was exceptional, with special appreciation for the attentive gentleman who assisted our family throughout our stay. - The security personnel's courteous gestures, including assistance with taxi doors, were appreciated. Improvements - The late check-out policy could be improved, ideally with the option to guarantee it in advance for a fee. I was told I could only find out about late checkout on the day of check out which is of course inconvenient. - Despite some limitations on the gym and pool opening hours, the overall facilities were impressive. It would be great if the gym and pool opened earlier, the opening times were 9am - 9pm. It would be great to have a workout before breakfast. - Some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, but it did not significantly impact our overall experience. On the last day, we were granted a late check-out, and as part of the arrangement, we had to move to a room on the third floor. Unfortunately, this room did not offer the scenic view we had enjoyed in our original rooms on the higher floors. Instead, it provided a view of a concrete wall. Now if this was my view for the duration of our stay, I probably wouldn't be very happy so maybe request a room on a higher floor! Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel provided a fantastic conclusion to our trip to Hanoi, with excellent facilities, a prime location, and a delightful breakfast. Despite minor considerations, we would unquestionably choose to stay here again for a future visit. Highly recommended!

We arrived in Hanoi and was in awe of the hotel. The architecture and attention to detail was amazing. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a towel to wipe our face. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend going to the sky bar for a sunset drink. Also, there is a rooftop pool with the view of the city as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
