From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm Turkish hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The architecture and design of Perle House are a seamless fusion of traditional Turkish aesthetics and modern comforts. The intricately designed wooden elements, local artwork, and carefully chosen furnishings create an ambiance that transports you to a bygone era, while still providing all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms at Perle House are a true testament to the establishment's commitment to excellence. Spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, each room offers a harmonious blend of luxury and coziness. My room opened up to a private balcony that offered panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, making it an ideal spot to watch the sunset paint the skies with vibrant hues. The culinary experience at Perle House is nothing short of exceptional. We stayed for 2 nights at Perle House and we were sooooo happy! It is not your typical hotel stay… it felt more like home! We had a beautiful view of the garden from our room. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve had in Turkey (and we have been here for 2 weeks already!) Breakfast is served downstairs in their cafe. So personable and generous with their food. We kept receiving refills of our Turkish tea. Service was amazing! Merve (I think that’s how you spell her name) was incredible! Such a lovely person and willing to help us with any questions. Also the location is perfect! Only a 5 minute walk to the town and a short taxi ride to many beaches! Me and my wife rented a scooter and went all the way to Carlos beach. All in all, very very happy! If we come back to Fethiye, we know exactly where we are staying… Perle House!

Had a 1 night fabulous stay in Perle house. We stayed in the room with a full sea view on a large terrace. We woke up to a wonderful view of the mariner and surrounding areas. The room was clean and functional. Had a great night sleep on a very comfortable larhe bed 🛌. We ate a delicious breakfast with fresh local ingredients. We would like to compliment and thank the owner, Merve, and her staff for making our stay comfortable and easy. 💜 We would like to highly recommend this lovely Boutique hotel centerally located in Fethiye.

The moment we arrived at Perle House we felt at home!! The rooms are exceptionally clean and designed in a beautiful beachy vibe, with the most beautiful marina views. A 10 minute walk to the old city bazaar, and many restaurants. Merve and Ebru gave us some great recommendations what to see in Fethiye, as well as made some awesome coffee. The kids also loved the brekkies and delicious brownies at the Perle Cafe. I highly recommend the Perle Hotel if you are visiting Fethiye, we can not wait to visit them again! ❤

this is a stunning boutique hotel, very stylish and homey. stylish room, with a super comfortable bed to sleep in. As you know, sleep is the best recovery after an active holiday. I liked the friendly, responsive and sincere staff. we spent a month in the hotel and we really liked it. It is impossible not to mention a cozy cafe and exquisite but at the same time simple and tasty dishes. Especially from pumpkin, starting from soup and pumping dessert.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
