The Rooms are Fabulous with the with that you get there. At the day time you can just enjoy the view and at night you would be able to listen the shores of the sea which is right in front of your room. We were not much comfortable with Balinese foods and had our Indian Maggi thanks to the Host Putra who allowed us using the kitchen and make our own food as you won’t get any Indian restaurant or KFC nearby.

The view is top notch. There is a pool which has an ideal depth and you have a great view of the ocean as well. The location of the property is too damn good as two great beach clubs - The Chill Penida (less than 10 minutes away) and Cactus Club (around 5 minutes away) are very very near. This is a matter of great convenience. The eastern part of Nusa Penida is quite accessible as well from here.The staff is helpful and also offer snorkelling services and two wheelers for hire. The breakfast options are very limited. Although tasty, but besides a few types of eggs and Nasi Goreng, they don't really offer anything else. And if you ask for more than two bottles of water, they charge you extra. Other than these two points, it’s great.

It is in great location. Infinity pool covers Seaview. The service man serves guests named KUTA is very helpful. He never says no in any services we asked for. I really recommend this place for stay for holiday. Wifi speed was not so good and mobile reception in the rooms is not available.

We stayed at Permata for 2 nights. The view is amazing and the property is great. Putra was amazingly helpful and always smiling! Kudos to him. Only con: The water in the shower & taps were salt water, which was quite weird. Needs to be filtered so it doesn't hurt your hair or allows you to brush with tap water.

Amazing location with beautiful seaview! The room felt very comfy and the staff was really helpful. The location was a bit far away from the harbour but the scooter drive of 30 minutes was a nice way to discover the island:)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
