I stayed at Perry Lane for a wedding. The staff was exceptional from check-in to valet. There was free champagne every day from 11-7. It was an excellent location to restaurants, bars, and the river district. The rooftop pool was beautiful. We did have lunch at the bar, and the views and service were great. The food was the only negative. We stayed in a suite, and the rooms were beautiful and quaint.

The rooms and service were the highlights of our stay. This is one of the better curated hotels I've had the pleasure to stay in. The roof top bar is also great, albeit there could have been more heating devices. I'm sure in the summer it's a great place to vibe. The restaurant had a solid breakfast and coffee bar. Having stayed at other nearby hotels, Perry Lane has asserted itself as one of the best in area.

Stayed here for one night prior to Christmas in a king suite and could not have been happier with our decision. There were an abundance of amenities that we took full advantage of, from the evening cocktail, to day long bubbly at the front desk, the hotel car, free coffee/tea, and the heated rooftop pool. Elite breakfast benefit was great. Room was well appointed and luxurious.

Wonderful location and service. Rooms were comfortable and surprisingly large for a downtown location. The hotel rooms are in two towers across an open street. None of the rooms have great views but the higher the better to look across the rooftops. Missed my in room coffee service. Restaurant and bars were nice. Loved the car service to take you to any location within two miles. Complementary Spanish sparkling wine all day long from reception. Rooftop bar and pool was fun.

We stayed here last night (local to Savannah but stayed downtown for a Xmas party), and the first ick I have is THERE IS NOT A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM!!!! So if you’re like me and you want to drink a cup when you wake up without getting dressed and trudging downstairs first, this is a deal breaker. When I called guest services to ask for coffee, she said “unfortunately we only offer it at our lobby coffee bar and it’s not open. She said that coffee machines are only available upon request from the front desk. I asked for them to bring me one. The one they brought was missing an entire piece and didn’t work. When I asked the front desk about it, she said she was sorry but that they just don’t have a way to provide coffee in the rooms. She sent me to the coffee bar to PURCHASE a cup. I’ve stayed in a lot of five star hotels and I’ve never thought I needed to check to see if there was coffee in the room🤯 In fact, I’ve never stayed in any hotel room that didn’t have coffee. We asked for early check in when we made the reservation and then called again the morning of to make sure we could check in early, but the room wasn’t ready. We also ate at the restaurant and sat at the bar. There was one bartender, a FULL bar, and a completely empty restaurant. It took way too long for service, and drinks were painfully slow. On the positive side, the location is great, the room was beautiful, and the bed was insanely comfy. However, I we will never stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
