We stayed with 4 other couples!! The experience was amazing…. our group had the entire place to ourselves. Roberta, our host, offered exceptional service. She was extremely kind and professional. The rooms were large and romantic. The bathroom in our suite was surprisingly spacious. Our rooms were refreshed each day with fresh linen. There was a wonderful breakfast selection each morning and snacks at night. I would definitely recommend this place for couples, small groups and families.

Our stay at the Peruzzi Residences was spectacular. We went with 4 other couples to celebrate our anniversary. Roberta made our stay an experience of a lifetime. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and shops. She made reservations for us even before we arrived. Florica and Cera provided excellent service. We enjoyed our time at the palace and thank Roberta, Marco, Florica, Cera and Leo for making that possible. My husband and I highly recommend Peruzzi residences.

Visited with a group of 5 couples for an early December couples getaway. We were blown away by the service of Roberta, Florida Cera and Leo. They attended to our every request and made sure our time there was fun and carefree.

One of the best and most romantic places I've ever stayed at. The rooms themselves were HUGE and beautifully decorated. A delicious breakfast spread is served each morning in the common area. You're also centrally located in the heart of the city and well within walking distance to all the sights. If you have any questions about local restaurants and attractions, Roberta is always quick to offer comprehensive suggestions and even reservations. Even when the city had a weird localized power outage, Roberta worked quickly to try and get things up and running. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place for a stay in Florence. It is a beautiful property and the staff made it that much nicer. We enjoyed several great chats with our host, Roberta, who was extremely helpful and gracious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
