My first time in Berlin and I had a very nice time at this hotel. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom floors were even heated! Great location right next to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

It is not a four star hotel in my opinion. No god restaurants or bars in the near. Hotel restaurant and bar closed @10 PM on a Saturday. No interest by personal to help or give advice. There are better hotels located closer to the city almost for the same price.

Amazing hotel, I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this amazing hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't say enough about how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that cleanliness and hospitality were top priorities. The reception staff, and in particular, a gentleman whose name I regrettably forgot to ask for, was a true gem. He greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly kind and supportive throughout my entire stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and was always available for a friendly chat, which made me feel right at home. I had the privilege of staying at this hotel for an extended period, during which I was working remotely from my room. Spending a substantial amount of time within the hotel allowed me to truly appreciate just how amazing it was. Not only was the hotel very clean and the reception staff exceptionally kind and supportive, but it also provided an ideal environment for remote work. The room was spacious, well-lit, and equipped with a comfortable workspace, making it a productive and enjoyable place to work. I checked lots of hotels and I am really glad I chose pestana hotel, if you are coming to Berlin in my opinion there is no option better than this hotel, It is worth mentioning that the breakfast was amazing, because I was working remotely so I had the chance to spend so much time in the restaurant for the breakfast which was very healthy , delicious and various. I really loved my stay in this hotel

My fiancee and I selected this hotel because of its reviews and its central location to the stuff we wanted to see during our (sadly limited) time in Berlin this year. The staff and the service they provided was exceptional, and our stay was lovely. The room was clean, attractive, and sized appropriately for two people who were going to be out of the room and out in the city for most of their time. We loved it, and when we return to Berlin (which we will), we're definitely going to stay here again.

Breakfast is a little pricey for what it is. The last time we were here, they had a lot better layout. They say they have parking, but really only for a very few car. They don't even have enough to handle the rooms from one floor. They charge as much that an apartment should come with the parking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
