Really nice hotel at the centre of Madrid. The breakfast is really nice and the terrace at the top with pool and bar is a must. Only drawbacks from my point of view are that the rooms are kind of loud from surroundings. Also lack a proper table and chair when want to work alternative a open space at the hotel where you can sit and work.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pestana CR7. Perfect location! The room was a bit small for a superior room, and it was difficult to find enough room for our clothes. Breakfast was really nice. Get there early! We stayed in the winter so the rooftop was closed, but it looked great.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location for both the tourist and the shopper. Check in and check out was straightforward, and the apples on the reception were tasty. The rooms that I stayed in were quite small, but for one person it was adequate. The bathroom is part of the bedroom, with very limited privacy if you were sharing the room with someone. Only a glass door separates the WC from the bed area. Wi-Fi was okay, sometimes a bit slow or hard to connect. My view was of an internal courtyard, so it was necessary to always use the blinds for privacy purposes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good too. Heating was a slight problem, sometimes I was cold. Staff were kind and helpful, but sadly some of the other guests were not - they thought it was okay to come back in the early hours and make a lot of noise in the corridor…..waking me and no doubt other guests. One night until approx 3am there was loud music which I assume was from the terrace, again woke me up. I didn’t visit the terrace or the gym or the restaurant so I cannot comment on them. It’s difficult to enter the hotel, there are steps immediately as you enter the lobby. There is a person there to help you with the suitcases, but if you have a pushchair or use a wheelchair then good luck. Price was matching the quality and facilities available. I would stay here again if there were no other suitable places available, I wouldn’t highly recommend the hotel but I can recommend it

A perfectly located hotel, right in the city center and a short walk from every touristic location. The service is good and the hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, however the room and bathroom are small All in all, we surely recommend

This place is spectacular !! Such amazing view , great food/drinks selection and great vibes! Best of all , our host/waitress Isabel was the best part of this experience. She was very attentive , kind , and has such a great attitude with us! Recommended great drinks and celebrated both of our birthdays the best way possible. Thank you so much Isabel !!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
