The hotel offers a wonderful experience with its central location, historic charm, attentive service, and comfortable accommodations. However, I experienced occasional noise due to its lively surroundings and local roadworks. The restaurant consistently provides attentive and friendly service, offering a welcoming dining experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pestana Hotel, not only was it very comfortable but also he service was impeccable. In particular the breakfast service was outstanding. I was greeted every morning with a beautiful smile and a welcoming greeting. This was a great way to start a morning adventuring in Porto, the food was delicious and I felt very relaxed and positive as I drank my morning coffee. Highly recommend. Thanks to Alessandra and the team.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. We were disappointed to say the least. Was definitely not a 5 star experience. There is no real lobby, the service and staff are cold and extremely unhelpful and some are rude. Arrived at the bar for our welcome drink and the lady at the bar tells us they ran out of the welcome drink with no apology. We were there for NYE and felt we were not welcome at all. We went across the street to the hotel for 2 nights and had drinks at their bar as the staff and hospitality there was very welcoming and very friendly . Definitely not 5 star quality…terrible service, towels, sheets , napkins are very rough. Water changes suddenly from cold to scalding hot. Regret spending our time at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Pestana - A Brasileira in Porto. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming staff. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Porto's historic district and sample the local cuisine. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service – the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and very clean. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. The only minor problem was the towels which were quite thin and well worn. We would stay there again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
