Very Tired Hotel and in need of a bit of TLC to bring it up to date, hence the 4 stars. BUT, it's by far the best location on Copacabana Beach. Bang in the middle. Brilliant bar bang opposite (caRIOca bar) and a gorgeous Italian restaurant next door. Has a fantastic roof top bar but service up there is a bit slow at times. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended

Was expecting for the Hotel to live up to its name, but we were very disappointed. We stayed for 4 days, with breakfast included. The rooms were poor in quality and amenities, with cracks in walls, broken furniture, and poor cleaning. The windows provide little isolation in regards to noise (it’s a very noisy neighbourhood during the day and night), and the TV’s show their age by the poor quality in display. The beds were fairly comfortable, but the fridge turns off everytime you leave the room and remove the key, so be aware if you leave anything that may spoil. The staff were overall nice, but on checkout they mentioned that we had to pay the city Tourist tax which is OPTIONAL! So be aware of that when they tell you that on checkout. Some friends that were travelling with us and stayed in this Hotel were being forced to pay for foods and drinks from the minibar that they didn’t eat/drink and had to sign a document mentioning that. That doesn’t inspire much confidence to be honest. Overall the Hotel is very poor, and the only thing that “saves” it at this moment is the location. So if you want to stay in front of the beach and don’t mind dealing with this kind of issues, then it might be a good place for you to stay. For us it was the last time staying in this Hotel.

Perfect location and nice rooftop with a pool and enough space. However, reception staff super unfriendly and incompetent. There are about 5 people, which seemed bored but are neither friendly nor helpful. Instead the cleaning team have a high number of rooms per person to clean, which makes the procedure very long. Overall the condition of the rooms and hotel is poor. Rather 2-3 stars. I would not stay here again.

Whether it was booking a reservation at a local restaurant or arranging transportation, they were always available with a smile and a willingness to assist. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine while traveling. The spa offered a wide range of indulgent treatments that provided an oasis of relaxation. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served mouthwatering dishes that satisfied even the most discerning palate. The location of the hotel was another advantage. I stayed here before coronavirus 2020 ! My experience was amazing! The location was perfect! I couldn’t ask for more! The pool and rooftop was perfect for an evening and safe environment! I would recommend! I come from Romania 🇷🇴

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
