        Staff is super nice and welcoming! The room was smaller than expected and way too warm. There was no way to turn down the heat. Wi-Fi was terrible. But all in all, everything was enough for us as we were mostly out during the day and were just there to sleep.

        I stayed at Peter Cat Hotel for a total of 16 days from 27th March to 11th April 2017. The bedsheets wasn't change a single time nor even made throughout the whole 16 days. On 9th April 2017 afternoon, I requested them to open up my room as my key was with my room mate. The receptionist was rude and impatient and informed me that they do not have any spare key. So I requested them to ask the housekeeping instead. Once the housekeeping open the door, he left and no one was there to lock my door again when I am done. I requested nicely to ask the receptionist to ask them to lock the door for me. She just tell me rudely that they are having lunch (which they are having in the hotel premises). I say, "no problem, can you ask them to lock it up for me later after they finish?". She rudely just nodded her head and went back to her computer. I left and 5 mins later feeling uneasy, I went back and ask her that I can go find the housekeeping myself and get the key to lock up and return to them again. She impatiently reply me that they are having lunch and she will informed them later. When I returned back to the room at 10pm, to my horror, the room WASN'T LOCKED AT ALL! Lucky nothing was missing. I decided to let it go. But the following day when I returned back to the room at around 10pm again, MY ROOM WASN'T LOCKED AGAIN BY THE HOUSEKEEPING AFTER THEY WERE DONE!!!! And they did not even finish their housekeeping duties. A packet of soap was found in the sink and the dustbin was not even clear. (photo attached) I am very lucky that nothing was missing. I checked out the next day and inform the receptionist and all they could say was sorry. But if you want to stay at PeterCat Hotel. Please do it at your own risk.

        Adequate. The front desk is usually sleepy or uninterested (it's not their fault, they're all just waiting for a better opportunity in life, I guess), the restaurant which is only open for breakfast has very basic food (bread, milk, egg and such).

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
