Really good service and location right in the center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating also we received a Postcard and complimentary sweets on arrival. However, I would not advise it if you have a car and you are check-in over the weekend. The hotel does not have parking and it was very difficult to arrive with the car as the avenues and streets around the hotel close over weekends and there is very limited parking in the area. The rooms were very small however with an amazing views. We requested to have a double bed in the reservation however, we were allocated a room with 2 single beds instead. The breakfast is highly recommended the breakfast floor is beautifully designed and decorated where you can enjoy the sun and the views while having a very good quality food. I wish the rooms were as good designed as the breakfast room.

We stayed here for 3 days. We picked this place for the buffet breakfast and the location. The room itself was a pretty big disappointment. Our room which was the smallest room in the hotel had a big supporting beam through the middle. It made the room very small cramped and dark. The window looked at nothing and it just felt semi claustrophic. We peaked into another room and it was bright and nice. Keep that in mind when booking. The bathroom was pretty big. The aircon was really powerful. So much that we caught a cold from it. The TV was a bit small. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. We liked the location as it was close to shopping and the major squares. It's close to the metro and close to the bus line that goes to the airport. We didn't even need to take transportation except for to and from the airport. The breakfast buffet was Mediocre. I wouldn't pay money for it if it didn't come with the price with the hotel. The options were pretty sparce but the space was beautiful. The elevator is also quite small and slow Overall I wouldn't stay again at this hotel. The staff are really nice and helpful and the lobby is quite large but the room that we stayed in was meh and the hotel was quite old and dated

We stayed in the Superior Double Room at Petit Palace Alcala for 3 nights and this hotel wow'd us with its great aesthetics! It is convenienyly nestled in the centre of Madrid and on the footstep of the Metro. The hotel staff, especially Thalia and Pablo, were super helpful and made our experience so enjoyable. We loved everything about our stay here and would definitely book again for our next trip. The breakfast was also fresh with a large range of options available.

The Hotel has very friendly staff, from the housekeeping up to the receptionist Pablo. He organized our Taxi to the airport too. They have an elevator which is nice to have but it’s very petite. Our Buggy isn’t that big but I struggled a bit. The Check-In on the mid of First Floor and Lobby. Going to our Room 6th Floor we took another elevator which was quite smaller than the one going to the Lobby. So I must say that something they need to improve abit. Getting into our room the hallway to our room was very narrow, had a bit of a struggle pushing our stroller and luggage. The Room is big enough to accommodate 6Pax. The Bathroom big and clean. But the shower was clogged. The fridge was nice but quiet small. The Restaurant- Breakfast place was beautiful. The View and the set up is on Point. My Girls enjoyed the view and we enjoyed the lovely Food. The place is great - around the area is a lot to see and the shopping street - SOL station is not far. I would surely book again. It was a very nice place just need a bit of upgrade ☺️

Cannot control the temp in my own room and the wifi is horrible (Edit) the wifi did get fixed and the temperature is manageable. They did provide a hotspot which was very helpful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
