Stayed with family with kids in quad room. The location is premium with major attractions in walking distance and restaurants close by. Staff very good in accommodating small requests and guiding us around. Breakfast was good with good seating. Our room was not facing the main street so not noisy. Bunk beds for kids were good as well. So happy traveler.

Great hotel, staff is amazing. As someone from North America the breakfast is amazing even considering there is so much to eat close by. Rooms are quiet, well equipped and super clean, AC was fantastic but wifi was a little buggy. I would easily stay here again.

My usual hotel in Madrid was fully booked, so I tried this new hotel. And I wasn't disappointed. The location is perfect, near the arenal palace. The staff let me check in much earlier than the standard check in time. They understood I was tired after my overnight flight. The room was nice and clean. And it has a huge mirror across the bed. The price was great for my days. I highly recommend it. It won't be my last time here.

Pros: Great location, helpful hotel staff, working air conditioner, decent water pressure, reasonably sized room. Cons: Virtually no creature comforts. No in-room coffee machine, weak wifi, no in-room closet, no solid walls for bathroom (they are tinted glass with no sound or smell insulation), cheap veneer or metal (think old filing cabinet) bedroom furniture with no place to open luggage except the bed, an in-room refrigerator that cools to room temperature, no bar, no lobby or common area - unless you count the couch stuffed into the hallway leading to the front desk, tiny elevator that has smudges and marks all over it. The hotel does not provide adequate value for the price that is charged.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
