A few details: the rooms are clean, the bed is confortable, the air conditioning works well, the water in the shower is well tempered. The sounds from the street are hard to avoid, since it's a busy area. The localization is great, very close to la grand via. They keep the luggage safe for the rest of the day after check out, and there is a lounge with a toilet where you can relax and have a tea till late.

Very close to Gran vía. I’m stay with my daughter and my wife this hotel are very comfortable and so quiet for my baby. She can slept very nice. My family needed go to shopping and was easy with everything. The room and bed was very comfortable and very clean

Omg absolutely amazing. Cannot fault it. I travelled super far and the kept making a silly mistake with my key card that the team were super friendly about rectifying. Location is phenomenal. For those sooks complaining about the noise, babe, you picked the gay party neighbourhood to stay in, make your bed and lie in it. The facilities are stellar, room was clean, I cannot honestly fault it. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much team.

It was pleasantly located close to all amenities, yet still quiet enough even with a balcony room. The room was bigger than expected and mostly clean, the bathroom was well clean but the space under the bed could use a good cleaning. The bed was comfortable but the scent of detergent for the sheets was overpowering. I would stay here again. For the price point it was good.

Excellent location, very walkable to many attractions, tons of shopping and restaurants. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast has many options. Great choice for larger family with bunk bed configurations available. Attached cafe, reliable Wi-Fi and amazing showers. Check in desk is in the cafe which was a bit odd to locate but people were very helpful. Area feels very safe even at night, although it can be loud with windows open and hot in rooms when closed.. visited in March so a/c was not an option and room could get stuffy. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
