Great location with several restaurants and Prado museum within a block. Room was good size but uncomfortable mattress and every single board of the wooden floor creaked loudly. The washbasin didn’t drain fast and even though we told the staff, it was not fixed. The housekeeping was done but they did not replenish the coffee pods. Breakfast was average.

Located on a quiet street just steps away from beautiful parks and amazing art museums. Started my 2 week trip through Spain here, and it was a good choice. The vibe is very casual and friendly. The rooms are spacious with huge, high ceilings and great old architectural details. Large, clean, modern bathrooms are great too. Take the street view here, its not too loud, and gives you a nice little sunny balcony. If you're going to visit Madrid's "Golden Triangle of Art" this is an ideal location. Recommend it!

This is a gem. The location is fantastic, the rooms aren't grand but have a lot of personality. But the staff makes this place amazing. Just so helpful, friendly and accommodating. When I come back would definitely stay here again.

We had a great two-night stay at Petit Palace Lealtad. This is an excellent value option if you wish to stay close enough to the popular sites of Madrid but without having to deal with the usual noise and bustle. We loved the preserved details of the building (hardwood, columns, ceiling features, etc), as well as the huge variety of breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very nice, in the city center. I definitely recommend it. Being in the city center is a distinct advantage. The rooms are a little neglected. When you want to take a shower in the bathroom, water flows from outside the shower cabin and the bathroom fills with water. The view from the room I stayed in was very bad. Breakfast was very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
