This is a really nice hotel to stay at - granted the rooms are small - but the service, location and outstanding representatives more than make up for the rooms! Wonderful hot showers, top notch buffet breakfast as good or better than any five star plus hotel! Located in the central city of Valencia and close to public transport! This hotel and staff out did themselves in making my vacation such a joy! Thank you Raul, Marta, Linda and all of the other members of the hotel! Tomorrow

We love the icon hotels that is part of Petit Palace as well. But this hotel was not there for us. Location is definitely great but the rooms were tiny, elevator barely fits 2 people. And breakfast service was not great either. We loved the area but maybe for the same price we can explore other options that might work for us better. Btw the hotel is in a pedestrian area if you are trying to drive there. For some reason we didn’t know that information in advance and it was a bit difficult to get there. No problems if you are in a taxi this is just for driving people. But then again is close to everything and easy to walk around.

Small, charming, and family-friendly hotel in the heart of the old part of Valencia. The hotel is somewhat worn but clean and fresh! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you haven't paid for breakfast in advance, you can have it on-site for the price of 12 EUR per person (June 2023). The breakfast is somewhat simpler by Scandinavian standards. Bicycles are available for borrowing, and a bike ride is highly recommended as Valencia has many bike lanes, and the city is large. The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Unfortunately, there is no bar in the lobby, but on the other hand, there is a multitude of options available just outside the door. A big plus for the central location on the car-free street.

Stayed for three nights in late October. Convenient location; around the corner to the Valencia Cathedral square; same block as the Ceramic Museum; 3-5 minute walk to the Ayuntamiento square and to Mercado Central/Lonja; 10-15 min walk to Serrano Tower and to the Fine Arts Museum. Next to a Carrefour Express and to many cafes. Construction on Santa Vicente Martir when we were there; so have your taxi take C/ de la Cultura by the Ceramic Museum so you can be dropped off at the door. Quiet overall though you hear the hustle and bustle when the businesses wake up. Small balcony gives nice view to street. Room is tight especially since we had three twin beds squeezed into it. Bed comfy enough. Temp comfy. Well equipped bathroom; good size towels. Two front doors: left one inclined good for luggage, right one is a big step up. Did not partake of breakfast; so many choices nearby. Front desk helpful with info and friendly. Helped us load luggage on taxi. Good base for visiting Valencia and surrounding area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
