Perfect location, you can walk everywhere! The staff were fantastic, and helpful. The room was small but very nice. Typical of most European hotel rooms. Breakfast had lots of options and delicious fresh fruit.

We stayed over the weekend in the room on the top floor. The location is really good, you can reach everything with metro or by walking. We had a room in the top floor, the ceiling was quite low, so you had to watch your head when walking to tv or closet. One night it was a thunderstorm outside and the water started dripping through the roof and right on the bed and on our things. We had to change the room in the middle of the night. And sadly we didn't get any compensation from the hotel for this. We new room was smaller. In the shower you have to wait quite some time till warm water comes. So you can't plan a quick shower in the morning. Directly downstairs is a construction place, but with closed windows you don't hear a thing. But the door doesn't provide a good sound isolation. We had breakfast one day and it is really good, we really recommend it. It is better that to get one in the city. The staff was nice and you could contact them at any time of the day.

Great location with walking distance in the heart of Madrid city with access to food, shopping and tourist attractions by foot. Be warned there was some construction happening at the time of my visit, and the walls were not very sound proof meaning we heard a lot of the construction as well as noise from cleaning services around 8-9am in the morning down our hallway, and guests outside in the hallway. The staff are very lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
