Lots of potential to be great, but the damp smell trying to be covered up with strong cleaning chemical smells just put me off. I'm asthmatic and had to be moved to another room that wasn't quite so chemically pungent, and sleep with the balcony door open in December to keep the air fresher as it smells damp and of chemicals constantly. A shame as the hotel itself was quite nice, not really a 4*, but pleasant enough, and the location was amazing! Right opposite the plaza mayor and the food court. Probably wouldn't stay again due to the smell, which is a real shame.

Great size rooms with amazing views of the city. While there are not a ton of amenities, the staff is so helpful and friendly. And the location is unmatched. You literally step out and you are within 10 minutes of walking anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here one night on the way to Casablanca, the room was clean, but Wash cloths would have been very nice. The sink is positioned on top of the counter, which is quite high and that comfortable to use. Parking is extremely difficult as well as driving in madrid almost impossible.

After visiting the hotel in Madrid, it is not suitable at all to be 4 stars, both in the level of maintenance and neglect and in the level of safety, including a room door that does not lock the entire stay It's a shame that this is the attitude after several times I've been to this hotel Also the attitude of the management and the manner of treatment including the speed of treatment, certainly for a repeat customer, is flawed and slow Edit - also in the response of the hotel management here, the details were not checked despite my repeated requests, such as the fact that no maintenance person checked the door, they did not offer an alternative room even though we complained 3 times and other data that are accurat And in a real way, there is no possibility that the room we got is suitable for a 4-star hotel or close

The place is centrally located across from Plaza Major and Mercado San Miguel. Exterior side rooms have views. Interior of the rooms are minimalistic, but spacious and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
