This hotel is in such a great location, with everything on your doorstep. However, the rooms are very run down and old fashioned. The shower in my room was broken and so I could only use the overhead function. The room was absolutely tiny, it was such a tight fit getting in and out of the room, as the desk was in the way. The rooms are also very old fashioned, and in definite need of an update. There is virtually no sound proofing too, so would recommend ear plugs.The cleanliness could also be improved, I found hairs in the bathroom etc. The breakfast is quite nice too, but one morning I went up and all tables had not been cleared and people were having to clear them themselves to make space to sit down and eat. The staff are lovely.

A great hotel for touring the city. Located at one of best spots there is - adjacent to the metro, shopping centers, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, plaza del Sol and in close distance to many attractions and sights. The price is very competitive and the rooms are pleasant. Service is very good and friendly - the staff do their best to help. Check-in is at 2 PM. We had to wait for our rooms to be ready when we’ve arrived. The WiFi works well mostly. We have added breakfast upon arrival and it’s quite a good buffet with all necessary stuff to get you started. Pastries, eggs, bacon, hams, cheese, veggies, fruit, fresh juice and great coffee Rooms aren’t big but cozy. Our quadruple had two twin beds and one bunk. The shower had good body jets. A bidet is present in the room. We had two consecutive balconies, accessed from the room and bathroom which offer a nice view to the street below

The hotel is situated in a very excellent location, a few steps from Puerta del Sol, and Sol metro station, and a few minutes away from Plaza Mayor. The room was very clean and spacious, well-lit and airy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a good breakfast with a variety of savoury and sweet food.

Would not stay at this hotel for more than one night. Bathroom was very old and in very bad shape. Cannot complain about size of the room, because that is to be expected in Europe, specially in the city center. Even though the hotel is walking distance from many tourists attractions and metro station, it’s not a very nice area to stay, specially if you’re traveling with family. I’ve only stayed there because it was only for a night and it was conveniently located, walking distance, to a dinner reservation I had the night before catching my flight back to the US. If you are staying in Madrid for more than one night, do not stay in this area of Madrid.

Excellent hotel and stay. Don't even think twice about booking at this place. Staff VERY friendly - special thanks to Viciente who helped us a lot through the stay. The location cannot be beat. It is right in the center of EVERYTHING. You will not be disappointed. Rooms are European size - small for American but have everything you need. Many shopping and eating locations around the corner and walkable to all major attractions. Remember the cab will not come all the way to the hotel but is easy safe walk to the hotel. Just google and look on street view before you go and will remember the landmarks easily when you arrive. Best is to look for the Santander bank ATM and it is right across it. Signage is small and may miss at night.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
