Recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Petit Palace Santa Barbara during my visit to Madrid, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the chic and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's design perfectly blends modern aesthetics with a touch of classic elegance, creating a charming ambiance that set the tone for a comfortable stay. Manager Pablo and the entire staff at Hotel Petit Palace Santa Barbara deserve special mention. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel right at home. Pablo, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was exceptional. His personalized attention and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy bed to the modern amenities. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was impeccable, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfasT.

A lovely hotel in walking distance of the city center of Madrid. It's location is just 5 walking minutes from Metro station "Tribunal" which brings you to the heart of the city in no time. We had a modern, spacious room with a french balcony to the little green plaza in front of it and it was nice to see the city awake. The decoration was modern and stylish, the shower huge and great! Also the bed was large (200x200) and great to sleep (not too soft). The welcome by the service was also really nice and fresh fruits and coffee were waiting in the room! As we were invited, I can't talk about the price, but it was certainly worth the money given the overall prices in Madrid. Only two small remarks: There was a little bit of smell in the bathroom (happens often in Hotels) and no ventilation in there. Oh, and a toilet brush is missing.

The hotel was great. The Alfonso Martinez metro entrance is right by the hotel. There is a convenience store nextdoor and several restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. My only complaint is there isnt or I couldnt find a fan in the bathoom for ventilation. Therefore, when i showered the steam fogged up the bathroom and room. It made it hot and humid.

Great location for this small non fuss hotel. Rooms are not very big but they are clean and functional. Personnel are super friendly and the breakfast was good.

Excellent location and service. Breakfast was delicious. CAUTION: Be sure to request no-skid mat for the shower. Dangerously slippery. Aside from that, it was an excellent place to stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
