+ ALICIA at front desk was great! There was some confusion in requesting correct bed type we had requested but she took care of the issue promptly with friendly service. Location is great too, right in the middle of city. - Hotel room, although clean, was worn out. And space is tight if you have lot of luggage. And the price was a bit higher than I’d pay for a place like this.

We booked a last minute, late night arrival with a toddler and baby. Carmen was exceptionally helpful in getting the portable crib and toddler rails on the extra bed set up, even with it being 2am. All their staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. The breakfast add on was key - fresh and tasty food, and amazing coffee. They had a few high chairs available too. Very central location near shopping and the metro, but our room was on a side street so it was quiet. The internet was strong, and they cleaned the rooms well.

Excellent customer service, especially from Alicia at Front Desk throughout our stay from August 24 to 27th where she assisted all of our requests on a timely and efficient manner. Housekeeping was amazing by keeping our room organized and clean whenever we needed as we had days where we slept/stay in past noon because of the heatwave. The hotel is centrally located to Gran Via with restaurants, market, shops and Metro that is easy to walk to. Our room was spacious with a terrace and the beds were comfy. My only issue here is a faulty mini fridge that does not cool drinks and heats up inside the dresser where it's situated.

Upon arrival we got a room with terrible sewage smell. When we asked to change the room, the receptionist implied that the hotel was unaware of this problem, which is not believable for several reasons. The room could be changed, but unfortunately we got a similar room as we had - that is according to the floor plans smaller than other rooms - with an even worse arrangement: the double bed was completely placed in a corner, so you had to climb over the bed. A recess in the corner looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. The same goes for the rest of the room: very dusty, because ledges, edges, tops of cupboards are hardly ever cleaned. Other negative aspects of this hotel: rooms are too small, very bad noise insulation from the inside; the breakfast was in itself not bad but served in a very cold open lobby, where the doors are constantly opening with outside temperatures close to 0 C, and then the airco was also on (seemingly to cool some of the breakfast items, but cooling the rest of the space as well). The room was also way overpriced. This partly stems from the 'early bookers penalty' that most Madrid hotels currently impose. If your looking for a hotel room months ahead the prices everywhere in Madrid can be 1.5 to 2 times the prices just a few days before your stay. Higher prices for early bookings are not completely uncommon, but nowhere as general and extreme as in Madrid. Therefore I suggest (you avoid this hotel and) you make a cancellable booking in Madrid and check shortly before your stay whether you can get a better price in a good hotel.

our room, one with terrace was very small. also the sound proofing was not good, we heard everything that happened next door. load and clear. Unfortunately this issues balanced for me the great location of the hotel for the down side.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
