Best experience from all the Marriots' we have stayed in. Hospitality is really outstanding. Rooms are comfortable and great views of Petra mountains from the dining area. We tried the local cuisine for breakfast and dinner and really enjoyed it. There were enough vegetarian options and food was really tasty. The staff are very warm and attentive and catered to all our requests promptly. They also offer a free shuttle to Petra visitor centre. We also availed their spa facilities and had one of the best massages. Would strongly recommend if you are in the area 😉

Though not in Wadi Musa proper, the location of the Marriott is very convenient and offers stunning views into the valley. 100% safe - guarded/gated 24/7 and only a 7min drive into wadi rum and Petra! Our room had a nice view of the pool area and valley and we were pleased the AC worked well and we stayed cool. Plenty of water was available in the room which we also appreciated. Housekeeping seemed to miss a couple areas (litter under the bathroom sink and desk) but nothing major. We started Petra very early and didn't have a chance to try the raved-about breakfast, but the staff kindly packed us (nice) to-go boxes to take with us. The pool area is a generous size compared to the hotel with beautiful views of sunsets. One downside was the spa. I did try a Turkish bath treatment and wouldn't recommend it. The ladies in the spa were incredibly nice and skilled at the services, but the products in use are not spa-quality. The soap/shampoo/conditioner are all the "this work" brand. Aside from the spa, lovely lovely hotel!

A very clean friendly hotel. Staff were all amazing. Very close to Petra with incredible views across Petra from dining room and bars. Good food in the Hala Hala restaurant. Definitely worth booking if you’re visiting Petra.

Hospitality is on point at this Marriott - they were able to accommodate all of our requests, let us use facilities including shower at spa after checkout, hold on to item I left behind…I’ve heard many times at front desk that they are upgrading people’s rooms, and overall really going above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. Also, even though the hotel is not located in the Petra downtown area, they offer free shuttle service to Petra site 3 times in the morning and 3 times around park closure. Very convenient! While there’s no gym, the hospitality makes this hotel a true five star and deserves every bit of it! Good job Petra Marriott team!
