20 minutes walk to Old City, but good value for money. Air conditioning works well, room large but a little dated. Bicycle available for fee. No elevator so stairs to climb. Breakfast very basic and not a buffet. Good value for $20 but otherwise nothing special. Small pool down by the reception looked nice.

The best place in Hoi An! Vy and her entire family are very kind and lovely. They helped us with everything, with the tours and the transfer to the airport. The breakfasts are delicious and you have different dishes to choose from. The hotel has a swimming pool which is a must for the hot days in Hoi An.

Perfect location away from the busy riverside, ideal location for a 10 minute taxi to the beach. Hosts were so very kind and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and comfy and the shower was lovely.

Great spot for a stopover in Hoi An. Vy in reception was amazing helped organise a tour late one evening for the next day. Breakfast was simple and tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
