        It’s what you expect for a 3-star hotel. No frills. It was a very small room. Barely any room to spread out my luggage. It made my room feel tight and messy. They didn’t give us new towels everyday. The toilet seat came off the hinge on day 1 and I only weigh 105lbs. They sent the bartender to come fix it, and not knowing he was coming to fix the toilet not the maintenance guy I locked the door and was afraid to open it. My friends and I BYOB to the pool and had a good time hanging out. The included breakfast was good. It is a far walk and up a hill to get to the hotel. My friends stayed in different buildings. Each building is quite a walk,so wasn’t easy to get to them. The drinks were good at the bar, but took some time to receive our drinks. I wouldn’t stay here again.

        I feel this hotel has potential to be an easy 3 or 4* hotel but is let down by a number of things. I'll start with the bad before saying what I think is good. Firstly, there is no lift, so getting to your room with luggage is a struggle, especially for older guests and no offer of help with luggage when checking in. The rooms have paper thin walls with a connecting door to your neighbour. Great if you have booked more than one room, but if you don't expect to be woken up at 3/4am by people coming home from drinking. You can hear everything. There are loads of ants around the pool. Some of the staff are polite, but I witnessed my wife hold a door open for a member of staff and her just walk straight through the door without a simple thank-you in any language or even a smile of acknowledgement, just simply rude. Breakfast is decent but as others said often warm not hot. They offer a transfer to the ferry terminal but only if you book tickets through them. We're organised and already purchased them before arriving on the island, not sure why we have been punished for that. Other hotels offer this as standard. Prepare to be scalded in the shower too if someone uses the tap. Room.cleaning leave a lot to be desired. Our sink area didn't get wiped down once, dirty shoe marks left in the base of the shower. Soap not replenished once in 7 days. Good parts are the pool. The day beds are amazing and very comfortable. Location is good, nice walk down to the harbour. Food around the pool is very nice. Overall it's the most 3* hotel I've ever stayed at but could be better.

        The hotel was ok but it is on a big hill so it was not convenient to get to and from the town - families with young kids or the elderly would struggle a lot. The room keys we got on check in also didn't work and the second ones stopped working during our last night so there was no electricity in the morning - there was no light so we had to use our phones in the bathroom. The safe also didn't work when we got into the room but this was fixed after we notified reception. The breakfast buffet was good with a range of things to choose from but one of the staff members was not very friendly when we asked where the water was. The pool was nice with several sunbeds that we could use, this was good especially as the sunbeds at the beaches were quite overpriced (with some being €40 per sunbed).

        Great hotel, with nicely appointed, clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of choices. The club sandwich from the pool bar menu is outstanding. Pool area was really clean and good quality drinks. All staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated for Hula beach bar, as well as Hvar centre itself justba short walk to each.

        Great pool / bar area with a nice vibe. Pool bar food was good, cocktails felt a little weak. Hotel was very modern and breakfast was nice. Walls felt paper thin and we could hear the conversation of people in the room next door. Luckily we weren't disturbed at night, but you wouldn't sleep well if anyone was loud at night.
