Our room wasn’t clean and smelled with antiquity. You could see a lot of dust on the floor, lamps and on a wooden bedside. All furniture was really old, which was visible (our shower head holder broke before we even used it). We also found some dead suspicious bugs behind the mirror. Breakfast was mediocre. Only good thing was the location which was close to the island center, pier and the beach.

We had a lovely stay! Great location and breakfast! The swimming pool is nice too. We asked for the extra bed and it was all set up nicely. We booked our boat rides out of the island through the hotel with no problem. The only problem was the mosquitoes in the room. But overall satisfied.

It’s rather a hostel than a 3/4 star hotel when you look at the rooms. Everything is very old and gives unpleasant vibes. There are lots of mosquitoes both during day and night, due to cracks in the balcony door and nearby fountain. The place is very dirty and proper vacuuming was done ages ago. For me personally it matches perfectly situation at Koh phi phi. There are as well dead bug corpses. On the other hand the noise level was ok, it was next to harbour= fast transit and staff was really friendly towards us.

When we first checked in, we entered to a dirty room with hair everywhere. We had to leave our room so they can clean it. The mattress are super super stiff and we woke up every morning with a weird backache we haven’t had before. The air condition is right above the beds, so you will be slapped all night with cold air. We requested for a late checkout and they said they couldn’t offer it since they need all 3 hours to clean the room which is a joke because our room was filthy when we checked in.

Only thing good about this resort is it’s location. Closer to ton Sai pier around 10 mins walk. You can easily walk to most party places and return easily by walk. Rooms are pretty old and need maintenance or upgrade. Didn’t like the breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
