The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi. This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. This was the least expected ,but the best room of our thailand trip . the luxury sea view rooms were amazing and had very good view. we woke up with a view in the morning that just was worth every penny we spent. However its at the other end of the main pier ,which gets a little secluded in the night, but nothing unsafe. Breakfast was very basic. you wont get lunch , or dinner there so you have to go to the main pier or try some cafes on the route if you feel hungry post breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, the smell in the room was really awkward with strong humidity. The equipments and rooms are old and would need a renovation. Many employees (even if nice and smiling) stay next to the windows of the room on their phone with music out loud, which seems not appropriate nor professionnal for a 4 stars hotel. Not a good quality price match.

What more could you want, enormous rooms and a spectacular view. The walk may be long for some (10min) but personally from staying at other hotels on the island it is soo beautiful and quiet, you don't have to dodge every person while walking like anywhere else on the island! The walking strip is right next to the water, there's heaps of really cute bars and unique souvenir shops on the way. I stayed at the other end of the island for the first half of my trip and this end is sooo much better. It felt like I was definitely on a luxury holiday with the cliff and secluded beach ⛱️😍. The other beaches on the other end I don't think are as nice and the water is not as blue. You can also bar hop on your way to dinner if you don't like waking ;). A big plus is that there are staff members that wheel your luggage on a trolley to and from the peer when you leave if you are worried about the walk, which we were with our big backpacks. The pool was the winning point it is massive, I would say nearly 15 metres long.

Had a pretty bad experience at the hotel. The hotel staff was very uncooperative. We called front desk for towels and iron but they asked us to come pick it up at the front desk which was 4 floor lower. Bad food. Our late checkout request was not honored when the whole hotel was almost emptied. We had asked for a different type of room, that also was not done stating the hotel was full. Our bags were delivered very late at the pier and the delivery guy was abusive and lied that he was on time when he actually came 20 mins late in front of us.

The resort itself was nice and in a more secluded area at the very end of town and away from the touristy stuff. We had a swim up infinity pool outside our room and it was gorgeous. The staff was also nice and they cart in your luggage from the main pier (no cars on the island). The only negative was that the hot water had a problem so the shower was either really hot or cold and we couldn’t set it to the temperature we wanted for a comfortable shower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
