Wonderful Thai resort. Beautiful clean environment and lovely accommodating staff. The three pools are all wonderful. The two infinity pools are absolutely gorgeous. The sunset infinity pool is spectacular, the family pool is friendly and the lower infinity pool is beautiful. I stayed here for a large number of nights with my husband and young daughter in the peak season. It was quiet, serene, so, so beautiful environment. The breakfast buffet, which is included in the accommodation is spectacular with the widest range of food I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this beautiful resort.

We stayed for 5 days. The place is really calm and quiet, perfect for those who don’t like many people around. The room we stayed at was a bit old fashioned, but spacious and with all necessary tools (-1 for no electrical sockets by the bed). Resort is now renovating all the rooms, so in near future all of the rooms should be redecorated. The Resort itself is awesome! 4 pools, couple of bars and 24/7 access to the beach. The place is far from main places on the island, accessible only by boat. I totally recommend upper pool. Outside the resort are couple more restaurants run by the locals, places with Thai massage or boat trips sellers.

Amazing hotel. Compared to the price. I had a lovely weekend there! And i advise to take the boat trips with Mr. Sunny He is talented and will show you all the island in details. Good hotel. Recommended!

One of the great options for a pleasant stay at Koh Phi Phi islands. Offers well maintained and hygienic beach opening cottages. Staff is very well trained. They'll ensure your stay is perfect and all requests are addressed. The property offers great dining options as well, along with well equipped bars. What deserves speciL mention? The property ensures you don't have to step in water while arriving and departing. What could be improved? The property lacks security camera coverage. One of my travel companions forgot their wallet at the reception, but still, the staff couldn't help trace.

The resort isn't worth the room price; it seems to have lost its appeal and is poorly maintained. Room service is practically non-existent, with a limited menu and unresponsive staff. At Jimmy Dining, we were ignored for almost 30 minutes, feeling overlooked compared to other guests. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to friends and family due to the disappointing experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
