        BEWARE of the elderly European couple patrolling the hotel at every hour of the day, the are not the owners! They wake up at the crack of dawn and spend all day walking around watching everyone’s every move. If they see someone doing something they don’t like, they will very rudely let it be known, and ask people for money. Do not pay them, they are not the owners! It is very unsettling. They also tell the staff what to do as if they are their boss, but they are just customers too. And everyday they keep the two best sunbeds reserved for themselves all day. If they want to act like they own the place they should at least be friendly and courteous about it. Apart from that couple, the hotel was okay. Our room was not dirty, like many other reviews say, however the bathroom was outdated and the toilet seat kept coming unattached, meaning we had to put it back in place every time we wanted to use it. Breakfast was okay but dinner was unfortunately not very impressive. You can better eat somewhere else if you stay here. The best thing about the hotel is the location, right next to the beach on a very quiet part of the island with easy access to boat tours and taxi boats.

        Terrible hotel due to four main reasons: 1. Bathroom filthy and molded ; 2. Absolutely not sound proof at all, you hear every conversation, coughs, bathroom of the room next to you. ; 3. The hotel gives the impression it’s been colonized by an old European couple. I was asked three times if I’m staying at the resort because I was on a beach chair, every movement was being scrutinized by these people who don’t actually own the place nor are employees. As i’m giving my breakfast voucher to the absolute nice workers of the hotel, the old woman snatched it out of my hands and gave it to them like I was incompetent to do so… ; 4. No restaurants or bars on the hotel resort, I constantly had to walk over the other hotel’s resort to dine and get drinks there. Pros: - Workers are really nice and welcoming. - Absolute beautiful location perhaps the best on the island. Wonderful beach.

        Great location but that’s where the positives end I’m afraid. It is cheap for this part of the island but the rooms are horrendous. Dirty and very much in need of a refit. Holes in the roof where insects and cockroaches can come in. The whole resort is very run down. If you can handle that then go ahead because the location is great but I’ve stayed in a lot of places in SE Asia over the years and this is one of the worst.

        Probably the worst place to stay in Long Beach. No ambience, contrary to all other resorts / bungalows. Abandoned, incomplete and messy structures all around. A night bar just by side with loud music till late hours ensures that you’ll not enjoy the silence of the night and the sounds of nature. And as if this was not enough, you’ll find also a couple of Italian retired parasites, costumers that live in the resort and have a relationship with the management. They will observe all your movements, everyday, every moment (and this is not exaggerated, really unsettling) starting at the early morning till the evening, with the aim to hunt “external” clients to make them pay 100 baht for each sunbed. Mafia style in Phi Phi, as if you dream to go to Thai to have the feeling you are in Sicily… Probably it’s their way to pay for a free host, but it’s really unsettling.

        Deceptive. They have one or two modem rooms of each type, and those are the photos they show on the booking platforms, but most of the rooms are much older. Plus they don't maintain the facilities well. All (every single piece) of their snorkeling equipment is broken. Their kayak is broken. Sit on their sunbeds and someone will drop by asking you for payment. Long Beach is great, but skip this place.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
