Our bathroom stunk really bad! Had to leave the window open. Pool/water park area seemed really run down, old, and not maintained. The breakfast was really bad. My kids would not eat any of it, not even the pancakes. Tasted gross. Almost missed the ferry when leaving because the staff would not take us on time. We waited for thirty minutes with all of our luggage and they never picked us up so we had to walk down to the main lobby where we found the staff in some sort of awkward argument. Would not recommend. Only good part is it does have a great view. However it’s a pain to have to take their shuttle every time you want to do anything other than sit in your room.

It has been fantastic 3 nights at PP mountain!!! Got a room next to the water slides. Away from the crowd/usual busy area up on the mountain with 24hrs shuttle with a phone call away for pick up anytime. Definitely give you the proximity for convenience to the Long Beach and town and enjoying being at top of phi phi island. Everyone has been kind and welcoming from receptionist, drivers, to even the manager. Spent first night dinning at sunset restaurant and the chef made excellent food and what a good spot overlooking Phi Phi island The photos said it all for the conditions of the room. N.B. If you wanna head to pier or town within walking distance, should choose other places BUT I would personally stay at this resort again given I don’t wanna walk back to the hotel on the same street as I hopped off from the boat.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the view is breathtaking! Landscape on the cliff is nice. The restaurant on the cliff has the best view on the bay. Great cocktails and happy hour. Free shuttle to the resort's beach with another restaurant with great Thai food and massage salon. Also free shuttle to the pier until 9pm, after this time they charge. Most of the staff is on training after post covid reopening. They are very friendly.

Property is falsely advertised. The ‘water park’ was a few concrete like slides which resulted in injuries, not safe for adults let alone children. We were served raw meat - offered a refund and never received it. The rooms were dirty, blood on the curtains, dust and toenails and dirty plates left outside the door and bags of rubbish & no towels in the room (we had a delayed check in twice as they were still cleaning, and this is what we checked in to) Hotel staff were rude - especially Filmie, attitude was horrendous. They were supposed to organise a taxi to the ferry port which never showed up and they claimed we never asked them to organise (we spent 45 minutes going over the details with them the day before) Since leaving and trying to resolve the issues they will not speak to us on the phone and continuously hang up the calls. They offered a free taxi service until 9pm to and from the town, each night after midnight we paid the cost, on check out they tried to charge us again! Not a 4* resort, it’s very dated, and overall a very disappointing stay.

What a wonderful full resort Et at reception was lovely and welcoming. We requested a certain room and the delivered! Honestly I reckon the best view on phi phi island. Rooms are huge and stylish water Park was fun would be awesome for a family with kids Overall a lovely stay we will definitely be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
