I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience at Hotel Charlet on Phi Phi. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The tastefully decorated rooms were well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing retreat. The location of the hotel is perfect, with proximity to the beach and other island attractions. The breathtaking views added to the overall atmosphere of tranquility. Additionally, the food at the hotel's restaurant was delightful, and we truly savored every meal. In summary, I am highly satisfied with Hotel Charlet and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. It was truly a gem on Phi Phi, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thanks to the entire staff for a fantastic stay!

I absolutely loved this place. The resort is lovely, the rooms are amazing, with the best view ever, and the staff is AMAZING. They have the best energy ever and make you feel at home. Get the free kayak and explore the island. There’s a beach nearby and a village with restaurants 10 min walk, but the food and cocktails at the hotel are also amazing, we had dinner there twice. Breakfast is great. Also junie the manager was amazing, so attentive to details. 100% recommend and would love to go back!

We had a lovely holiday. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place to be. There are perhaps other, more ‘fancy’ resorts on the island, but the phi phi phu chalets have charm. You really feel well cared for, the staff are Super friendly and kind, the swimming pool is great, food is absolutely delicious. Rooms are a bit basic. 5 min walk to cafes, 15 min walk to larger beach (there’s a small sand beach in front of the hotel). Thank you for our stay!

We had a fabulous stay here, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and all the food, drinks, cocktails etc were delicious and well prepared. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful too. The view from the rooms is amazing, and they supply free snorkelling and other equipment. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs, no problem for us though. Definitely recommend!

The resort is lovely and tucked away in a quiet location. Our bed was so comfy and the view from our room was amazing. The staff is attentive and friendly and helpful. They were able to help us book our transfer to the next island. They got our bags to and from the boat. You have to take a boat from the main pier to get there (free for arrival and 250 BHT for departure) so the resort is pretty isolated and there isn't a beach for swimming on site although you can rent kayaks/snorkel. A ten minute walk one direction takes you to an adorable little town and a twenty minute walk in the other direction takes you to a beach/resort. The walk is kind of creepy in the dark though and you'll need a flashlight! The food at the resort is great and reasonably priced which was good because we rarely wanted to leave. The view from the restaurant is lovely as well. The only thing we didn't love about the room is the bathroom is quite warm as you have to close it off from the rest of your room to keep mosquitos away, but it does seem to "go" with the remote location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
