        Me and my partner are travelling at the moment, we have stayed in 4/5 star hotels which were really not great at all. We were wondering how this hotel would be as it was 3 star, all I can say is THIS should be five stars. Completely incredible here. The staff are 10/10 lovely, they make you feel so welcome, have chats with you and always have smiles on their faces and help visitors if they’re in need. The location is beautiful. Easy to get a taxi boat ride, also very easy to book the boat tours. The apartment lodges we are in are incredible, and they give you your own mini bar, to toothbrushes, combs and more. We’re blown away by this place, and I one million percent recommend it. Also food is amazing and they have fire entertainment every night. Thank you for making our Phi Phi experience so memorable 🩷

        Loved it. Staff were wonderful, a beautiful beach with good snorkeling, independent beach bar right next door. The hotel has a great beachy casual vibe. Rooms were large, well appointed, we were higher up on the incline so had a great view. The walk is not too steep but the staff will drop you off with a shuttle if needed. Massage available on site, as well as a diving centre, and two restaurants. Water taxis are available for about 100baht pp if you want to go to the main town. The restaurant food was very good, the breakfast buffet was diverse. We will definitely go again.

        Overall good experience but service needs to be drastically improved. Perfect for couples who likes quietness away from the buzz in Tonsai. If you like closeness to activity then this is not ideal for you. The gardening is world class and there is fantastic snorkeling not far away from the beach. Facilities, rooms, location and breakfast is incredible for being a 3-star hotel. If you book a room here you must book a sea view room, really worth it. The reason it is not 4-star is because of inconsistency in service and response to requests. I would suggest that the staff smile a bit more and are more flexible to requests. I think one brilliant example of it was Cherry, she was great. Smiling, listening and taking really good care. Another good example was a guy with a baseball cap in the restaurant. I would suggest the Hotel sends the staff to training in service management. Otherwise great location.

        Amazing beach and location. 3 star because of front office staff. The staff who sit behind the counter at front office .. don’t respond well to queries and display an attitude and most of the time ignore us when approached for any assistance. Restaurant and beachside staff is amazing. Including the luggage boys and drivers also amazing. An advice : Maybe send the front office staff to work at restaurant to learn how to be courteous to guests.. You fix this and then majority of your resort problem will be solved. This is my second stay here and issue is only front office staff.. Also this time my room has smell issues in the bathroom .. Plumbing can fix it .. Otherwise all good

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
