Rudolpho and Chris were extremely helpful and patient while I worked out some details of my stay. They made sure everything was good and near the rest of the group I was with. I appreciate all their help and accommodations they provided. Definitely will recommend staying here. Rooms are nice and kept up with. Plenty of space for multiple luggage’s.

Very convenient being able to walk from the airport to the hotel. Our flight got in past midnight, which was not an issue. The front desk offered water bottles and even asked if we needed a late checkout with my status, which was very appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the runway.

Location is perfect! Easy access to all terminals for those super early flights! Front desk agents friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms however are extremely outdated and need a lot of attention to be relevant in this market and year.

I helped my Aunt check in and was very impressed with the entire front desk crew. Rudolfo (spelling?) was extremely courteous and very helpful. There were three people at the desk and each had a warm and wonderful personality. The room was comfortable and clean and everything appeared to work well as I helped my Aunt settle in. Kudos to the staff! Very convenient to catch flights from.

Great night before location for the early flight out. Dropped off the rental car (Avis) and walked to hotel which was across the street; no shuttle bus needed. Also, access to airport from 2nd floor to terminal was great, no need to go outside! Front desk was efficient and very friendly. Room average Marriott.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
