Pros: Beautiful stay. Very neat. Spacious Bathroom. Great view from the window and balcony searing area. Great hospitality by Bond. Very calm and away from the main area. Cons: You’ve to climb a lot every time. Hyper aggressive mosquitoes (Get a repellent from any of the nearby stores)

The toilet is a bit run down, could have been better with a fresh coat of paint. It is a clean toilet. The room is good, spacious and comfortable, with a good pillow, mattress and blanket. Lucky for us to have lower villa, anything higher, is only for younger generation 😉 There is a coin operated laundry behind the reception area. It is cheap & works fine.

The villa we booked for three people it’s fantastic bigger than we expected nice decoration, wood floor around the Villa lots of trees and a fantastic view of the mountain and the sea. The employees was super friendly at the chicken was quick. They helped us a lot on finding the traction things on the islands. Also, they give you a map. They have a cute dog in the reception will give you a good warm welcome. The only two points. I need to mention that the bathroom we had has no locker so you cannot lock the door from inside and there is no towels in the room maybe if we did ask them, they will give us, but we didn’t as they are kind of stuff

Be warned. If you cannot tolerate the smell of raw sewage both on the grounds of the “resort” AND inside of your room, DO NOT stay here. We came during peak season and unfortunately the islands sewage system does not have the capacity for this amount of tourism. What we didn’t know is that the resort is located RIGHT NEXT TO THE STREAM OF RAW SEWAGE THAT FLOWS DIRECTLY INTO THE OCEAN(btw don’t swim on the beach unless ur blackout drunk) . The view from our room was beautiful , however it literally reeked of sewage on the balcony and in the room to the point where we had to buy incense to try and mask the smell as best we could . We’re not sure if all of the rooms have this smell, as the place is quite spread out, however be warned. The smell is disgusting and the place is very overpriced. They give free bananas during the day as snack and offer luggage storage. The pool looked nice enough. Room had AC too which was necessary.

PROS: quiet location, good territory, friendly personal CONS: photos here are not even close to the reality, they were valid 10-15 years ago, rooms are terrible for their price. A bathroom is a complete disaster. I'm a man, I can live in Spartan conditions. But even for me it was too bad, not talking about girls who will probably experience immediate cultural shock.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
