Fantastic hotel, much higher standards than a 3 🌟! Staff goes above and beyond, rooms are in immaculate conditions (the suite is highly recommended), the pool and everything else is well maintained, and it's only a short stroll to pub street, but you save on the noise. Highly recommended for all the above paired with a super competitive price inclusive of an extensive breakfast!

We stayed at the Phka Chan Hotel for 4 nights at the end of December 2023. We were welcomed by the hotel's manager and her amazing team who provided us with a delicious welcome drink and advice about shops,resturants and activities in Siem Reap. Not only were the staff accomodating and highly attentive, but the hotel itself is beautiful with a great attention to details. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless clean. The hotel is in a central poisition in a very busy area of the town, but despite this, it is quiet, refreshing and nice to relax after a long day around the beautiful temples

The staff were amazing! Going above and beyond. The room is beautiful and pool a wonderful tranquil retreat. Located closed enough but far enough away from the hustle and bustle - perfect. Thank you for N amazingly restful, refreshing stay and providing a wonderful stepping off point for exploring Siem Reap and surroundings.

I'll start off with the most important; it's a nice place, with a nice energy and clean rooms which is IMO the most important. There are, however, some things that could benefit from some improvement. - the place feels understaffed, the staff present tries their best and literally runs around at times, but they seem overloaded. I will note they do everything with a smile and remain very helpful - the breakfast is fine, but would be a lot better if the presentation was a bit better. The food looks bland and is at times very oily, the bread not toasted and the coffee tasted a bit soapy (maybe the machine was recently cleaned or needed cleaning? Something was off) This place has 5 star potential but is probably still recovering from the previous year and slow increase of tourism. Overall would recommend
