        My rating is around 4.5/5 but I always like to support local businesses with a higher rating, Lets break it down: Staff: Very welcoming and friendly Room: (For reference I had room 6) Its spacious, Quite clean but just had a bit of dust here and there, But nothing that aggravated my allergies. The bathroom is clean and got the essentials, The shower knob was a bit of a hassle to turn on but its works Breakfast: They’ll set up a table for you to begin with, Its very simple yet has almost everything you need to get you through the day, Very much enjoyed their big coffee mugs:) The lady working at the counter during breakfast is super helpful and friendly Location: Its about a ten or so minute walk from the Sandhills station which is really convenient, The area isnt too busy and you’ll be able to have a nice quite sleep Areas of improvement: -Reconsider the 150pound upfront deposit upon check in -Have more variety in their breakfast options -Add a safe in every room

        Room was great considering the price paid. comfortable size room comfortable bed and great shower which is all I wanted. Parking could be a challenge as I squeezed into the last spot and hardly off street parking. Dodgy area (it felt like to me but this was my first trip into Liverpool). Reception is done at the bar by a very disinterested lady. Carpeting in the hallway downstairs outside the rooms was wet from a leak but didn't affect the room and was mentioned and apologized for which was appreciated. Convenient location for an early ferry departure the next morning, but not sure I will do that again.

        The room had not been hoovered. We had to get help to put the heating on. There was no lid on the toilet, a broken rail of some kind & no shelves to put toothpaste, shaver etc. The bedside lamps were visibly dusty, there were no wardrobes, no drawers & no bin in the bedroom. I woke up at 12.45am to clearly hearing a conversation from above, Claire said "you didn't leave it in the taxi, did you?" And we might as well have been sat in the bar as we could hear everything. On a good point the staff were lovely, the bed was clean and the continental breakfast was the best I've seen.

        We had a great experience from booking with Marie to check in with Jacob and check out with Sophie. The room is a nice size, and the service made up for the little things that were missing, like a mini fridge and a bin in the room. The basket with toiletries, face masks, and goodies went down a treat with my little one. Breakfast isn't much of a breakfast, but service by Sophie was excellent. Overall value for money and not too far from the City.

        Room decor was nice, otherwise, ok for the price that was offered. There is a 150 pounds holding deposit to ensure room is not trashed. Apparently it takes 3-5 days to release the money after you have checked out. Are the rooms not inspected immediately you leave? I assume they book in else person into the room while still holding your money. It’s just ridiculous.
