        Clean room, comfortable bed, TV with lots of channels. There is a local shop below the hotel so we could buy some products and prepare a breakfast in the kitchen. Just 18-20 minutes to the city centre. Very nice and helpful girls at the reception :)

        Absolute horrible customer service,management clearly lacking any kind of empathy. Booked a room for new years to treat my wife who is ill. The day after we booked the hotel we got word of a life changing surgery for her which she was waiting on. Tried to cancel the booking even after explaining they still refused to refund the money saying it was non refundable. As a frequent traveller to Liverpool with supporters clubs for games from Ireland this hotel has now been blacklisted by all our members and other supporters clubs being told not to use this accommodation as well.

        Think you're getting a decent priced room but there's.£100 damage deposit on top of the set price so you're not really getting a fairly priced room. Spoke to a receptionist about a refund who told me the manager might respond to my refund email but I'm not holding out. Wouldn't recommend without reading the terms properly

        Clean room, comfortable bed, TV with lots of channels. There is a local shop below the hotel so we could buy some products and prepare a breakfast in the kitchen. Just 18-20 minutes to the city centre. Very nice and helpful girls at the reception :)

        I want to complain about a hotel and my claim is for a refund to me. The hotel made a strong noise at 3am which lasted for half an hour and no one bothered to stop it, I had to leave him and it seriously affected my rest. However, the hotel staff told me that the noise was not coming from my room, but from my outside shop, so I walked around the whole exterior of the hotel many times to make sure that the outside shop did not have this noise, and I can be very sure that this noise was coming from inside my room, because the noise from inside my room was much louder than the outside shop and much louder than any other room. I had to check out and I was told that I could get a refund at 8am the next day after the staff had started work, so I left because the noise was seriously affecting my rest, I checked in at 11pm and checked out at 3am and I had to find another hotel!

        The room were without window blind and the location was far from the center. The worst part was they are taking 100£ as a deposit and they didn’t tell the guests until they make the reservation.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
