I had an exceptional experience at the Luxury Boutique Hotel! I would rate it 10/10 and consider it the best on the island. My partner and I booked a honeymoon suite, but to our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade to the elite suite. The room was incredibly spacious and exuded luxury. We were enthralled by the panoramic view of the caldera and volcano during our romantic sunset dinner in the garden. The food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, offering a wide variety of options that could be enjoyed in the comfort of our room. The staff were not only friendly but exceptionally helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The warm welcome drinks added a special touch to our arrival. One of the standout features of the hotel was its ideal location, away from the bustling tourist areas. It provided a serene and private atmosphere, complete with a fantastic private pool where we could unwind and relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. It is truly worth every penny, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars Incredible Stay at Phos Boutique Hotel! My recent stay at Phos Boutique Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The brand new room I stayed in was elegant and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The attention to detail in the design added a special touch to my stay. The views were breathtaking, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was so relaxing. I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

Oh my gosh where to even start! This place is absolutely stunning, insanely beautiful!! From the moment we arrived we were instantly met with the most welcoming and friendly hosts anyone could ask for. Their kindness and generosity was second to none and they couldn’t do enough for us. Theo is wonderful, so helpful and friendly and just made us feel so welcome. It felt like being with family. We had the eclectic villa and oh my word the place was stunning!! The views across the sea from your infinity pool were breathtaking. Everything looked, smelt and felt pure luxury. We had the glimmering lights dinner on our final night and the staff went out of their way to make this special for us. Turns out it was all setup for a sneaky proposal from my bf and wow, he could not have picked a more romantic beautiful setting to do it!! There’s nowhere else we would have rather been. We really cannot thank you all enough, everyone we met were so friendly to us and made us feel nothing was too much trouble. We cannot wait to come back and visit again!! I’m currently writing this review and we sit in our room eating a beautiful breakfast before we go home today :( we don’t want to leave! Thank you again! Love Sarah and Shane xx

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
